John 11:25

Welcome

We invite all to join us as we worship our Lord and Savior (Matt 4:10), give praise and thanks to God for His many blessings (Psalm 100:4) and bring our cares and woes to the foot of the cross, where He died, that we may live! (Romans 6:8)

"Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you." Psalm 55:22

Advent 2026

'THE EVERLASTING LIGHT'

December 1^st marks the beginning of the 2026 Advent Season. Most of us will have already shifted our focus to the 'Holiday Season' and will find ourselves busy with the physical preparations for the upcoming important day. Unfortunately, focusing on the 'day' frequently makes us forget why that day is important, and we begin to look at it as an overwhelming chore, and a drain on our body and mind, not the celebration of the joyous occasion of our Savior's birth. A funny thing happens when your focus shifts back to the reason. The physical preparation becomes part of the celebration and you go though the season with joy and peace in your heart instead of anxiety and dread.

We seek to help you shift and maintain that focus, with our midweek soup suppers and devotions during Advent. No preparation needed, just show up and enjoy a free meal of soup and bread, followed by a stress-free, mind calming time of devotion.
